life in every leaf
every vein in the tree
the essence of breath
flowing backwards
oxygen is dancing
shimmer in the sun
and even air has a place
to go back to when it's done
and in the green
you sit so still
through power of will
so stoic and serene
and under sky
you know well why
the ambulance of meditation
keeps your body clean
life in every moment
how we hold it dear
for the fine line we walk
we walk it even here
and though machine
may pull apart
through power and will
there you sit, so stoic and serene
