I'm not stopping here

Daves Bloke Poems

Are you sure these floorboards are secure?

And are you not worried about the rusty lock on the door?

Come see this crack in the wall.

Are you not worried the bricks might fall?

The electrics look faulty and the ceiling has mould.

And that bed looks awfully old.

What if it breaks and I fall out of bed?

Suffering a concussion to my head!

And this window it looks like the pane might fall out.

I'll fall to my death I have no doubt!

That chair looks like the leg might break.

Let's stop somewhere else for goodness sake!

    ''if you've got the coin
    we can flip, for it..''
    lol
    (a fun read, although
as my little reply, alluded to
    sadly, most times
    people stay in those premises
    for seemingly
having no other place, to stay..)
    thanks for sharing
