Into The Eyes Of Medusa

FallenAngel1πŸ•Š

Into the eyes of Medusa

Do I dare to peek

Could it be in the form of stone

The knowledge that I seek

But if by chance I only age

While withering away and turning to dust

At least I’ll have tried to engage

Her wisdom and her trust.

    well, technically
if you just keep your back
    to her
    you could 'engage'
    all you want...
    why, you would
    I'm not sure, or rather
    I'm sure
    I don't want to know?!
    lol
    (a fun and intriguing read
with a wonderfully tight poetic flow
'Could it be in the form of stone
    The knowledge that I seek

But if by chance I only age
While withering away and turning to dust')
    thanks for sharing, dear poet

lol πŸ˜‚ maybe she only reveals her most sought out wisdom after she’s turned me stone. Cheers L.B.πŸ₯‚πŸŒΉπŸ•ŠπŸŒž
