It gets dark sometimes

Seromine

Black and white

That's all my world is now

My world either is bright with all colours and all the love I have for those around me

or

My world is surrounded by darkness filled with hatred, anger and sorrow, like I'll never be okay again

But the one thing that is always the same is

the intense emptiness and overwhelming loneliness, I feel like I'll never belong anywhere and its been this way since I can remember.

Always left out, the friend that everyone needed for advice and comfort but would vanish when I needed the same.

I've never been diagnosed with Autism, or been perceived as on the spectrum, but many times in many situations; almost always have I been the one left behind by people that should have cared but never did. The only practical advice anyone can give you is do what you think is best, do what you want within reason, and despite the way you feel you are worth so much more than you think. I share your sentiments and I wish you the best.
