Chasm

Jump
No
Jump!
You Jump
I'm not jumping
If you aren't jumping
then neither am I
Well I was going to
but now...were you going to jump?
No
Well I just said that, I wasn't really going to jump
Liar!
What? You're the Liar!
No I am not! You just said you were going to jump and just admitted that you were not going to jump
Jump
No

Ah, to bridge the divide. Do we ever really resolve, or is there the ongoing struggle to know another. Who knows, maybe sometimes the chasm is what keeps us safe. I loved the playfulness of your words and the dilemma rolled into one. Great write!
