No Prayer

Not

Now I lay myself down to sleep,

another normal day with no memories to save or keep,

if I should die today or another,

it won't be significant enough for the lord or news to cover

I am a magician, but have yet to preform a miracle,

gave the blind a third eye by accident, wasn't being cynical,

always trying to do good but not completely free of sin,

began to walk on water but then I fell in

So if I'm ever the cause for alarm or fright,

no prayer needed for such a normal life,

no messiah here, so stay calm,

wasn't immaculate, just born without a mom
