In the bend of life’s wave
The tears and laughter are hidden
Someone can see, someone cannot see
No one knows.

Life is going on like this
World is roaming around the clock
When and where to stop
No one knows.

Cut out unnecessary time
Walk in the opposite direction
Which way to walk
No one knows.

Chest is filled up with empty hopes
Life is shattered somehow
Where to sail down
No one knows.

    'it's all so bleak
    and, doom n gloom
I mean at this rate of demise
why even , labour to breathe?
    that's all defeatist, easy
    and trending # depression, popular
    well, till
a kitten or a puppy, clumsily
trips and slides their way to your feet
    following you, all day
    and later, all
    of their loyal lives
    just because you were there
    when they realised, their world...
    or maybe walking
for an hour, with a towel
    on your shoulder
    waiting
    for that gurgled, burp
    of your friends
    precious, bundle of joy..
    or maybe..
    maybe...
    may
    it be, that perhaps
    beyond
    the abundant, dreary
    there is yet
    Beauty, enough
    in existence
for us to cherish and utilise
    and anchor, worth
    and meaning
    to our chaotic, lives...'
