Her thorns Finally Grew

Ash :)

The rose I once had now crumpled and dead

All of its petals finally caught up to my head

The godly like beauty that I once saw…

All of it, the whole flower erased and gone

I thought I had one flower just one to hang on to

But I guess all the flower found was me and my truth

The rose died and the thorns finally grew out

All of its thorns silencing my mouth

The thought of happiness I once got from the flower

Guess all the joy now is just want and desire
