young love

siranswerer

Her heart upon her sleeve she wore,
But ever since, she has sworn,
To never love, forever more.

Her broken heart rests,
On the sleeve of her dress,
Once high, such as a waves crest.

But now she swears,
To avoid, boys and their ilk,
Men avoided, because they're dicks.

Crawling back on his knees,
In a dream he came,
Head bowed full of shame.

But alas, a dream it was,
She woke angered and saddened,
Because her heartbreak, him the cause.
