I must progress

Isa

When I was little I dreamed of a fair

When I was little I slept with bears

When I was little I had good dreams

When I was little I had few needs

Now I am a teen so I have to be cool

I am a teen so I can't act the fool

I am a teen so I must be queen bee

I am a teen so I must be prom Queen

I am an adult with packed up debt

I am an adult with so much regret

I am an adult so I must look ahead

I am an adult so in this life I must progress.

Children are stupid, and we were all children. Don't let that change the way you live. It can only be so out of your control!
