Seas

Ishaan

Looking over the horizon,

Distant waves coming in,

The sea breeze gushes by you,

Revealing a sweet grin.

Common saying amongst people,

Time and tide wait for none,

But when you stand on the coast,

It seems they merge into one.

The waves crash ashore,

And then again go back,

It reminds me always,

To never lose my track,

The sweet mist of the ocean,

Brings with it some salinity,

But it's rather better,

Than the dirty polluted city.
