A Lonely Dog Barks

hraebingham12

As a lonely dog barks,

A baby cries,

But all is silent to the night sky,

While the stars cry,

“Wish for a good time”

And that was the night,

A child scared of the dark,

Heard a lonely dog bark.

And as the little child began to cry,

No one seemed to notice the storm clouds fly by,

But somehow, somewhere,

Furtbarkher than the night’s sky,

Through the storm and the dark,

They heard a lonely dog .
