In Buddhism there are Four Noble Truths. We must accept the suffering and go beyond it.

      what's Pain, without
      Life
      to witness it?
      nothingness, is that true
      bane of our Universe..
      everything else, is imbued
      in relevance, by each heartbeat
      that feels it
      for in that feeling
      be it pain or joy
      exists, worth
      in our ephemeral, experience
      of this finite, life
      we've been gifted, wrapped
      in shards of peace
amongst a sea of turbulent, unease..
      (stay strong, dear poet
      thanks for Choosing to share)

Contemplating life’s mysteries is fascinating. Accepting them is bliss.
