Was I ever the one?

Why do I feel like I'm being used,

Like I'm just another tool,

Just so I can satisfy you.

I don't know why I'm feeling like this,

It was just one kiss,

But I still wanna reminisce.

You never liked me the way I liked you,

You were greedy and you just needed someone to fill that empty space,

I guess, I was the one you chose,

But in this case, I was the race that you traced,

Just so she can be replaced,

What a disgrace.

Memories I wish I could erase

So, many lies were created,

That weren't faced 

So, many mistakes 

That we couldn't embrace,

Just another race in space,

Just another place with so many shapes

That we couldn't escape.

    This is a really good poem. Love the rhyme throughout. The only thing I would like to mention is this line 'But I still wanna reminisce it' I don't think it needs to end with 'it' instead just finish that line with 'reminisce' just my opinion 🙂
