to save the long gone
there's only marching on
to heal the self-hated
healing is over-rated
and the glass won't be mended
too late to be defended
inside of you
inside of me
something is waiting
to be freed
inside of me
inside of you
i think we know
what we have to do
to live with the burning
the world keeps turning
and make peace with the sin
