Fireworks

A514

As the flowers blossom

As the fireworks bloom

As the final day end.

As I watch the last fireworks display with you,

I noticed that your love is nothing but a hoax for the past 2 years.

My voice trembled as tears slowly pour down.

Our surroundings was as loud as the fireworks but I can surely hear my heart beating.

"..I'm sorry"

I looked down, afraid to see your response,

My heart kept throbbing from all neglect and misery.

A love that withered and never happened.

A one sided love of mine.

"...goodbye"

I passed with sorrow in my eyes,

The final parting, the final time I'll see you, the final day that I get to see fireworks.

Roses on my hands wilted as they fall on the streets.
