Home,
something one could define as a dream
happiness, a place of security and love
a place to be you that was a forever
so how come one event
One tragedy in the home
Turned the dream to a nightmare
Ruined the happiness,
Broke all security and faded the love
Took a forever and made it a never

wonderfully worded
but
its sudden tragedy, theme
is relatable
across every, dining table..
that's why, we must realise
each breath, gifted
free
of strife and utter devastation
is a wonder
we must appreciate
in the now, before
reality, ticks over to that
parallel existence
where all is rear view mirror, brilliant
and tear stained horizon's
of seemingly endless, bleak...
