Just Me

DesertWords

If I die before I live
who's to fault
just me

I can't blame someone else
who would it be
uncle Alphonse

He lives in Marseille
drives a truck
why him

I alone can live my life
no one else
just me

Blame solves no problems
answers no questions
denies no realities

If I die before I live
shame on me
just me

    life's harsh enough, on us
    dear poet
lets take it easy on ourselves
    forgiveness of self, opens
    windows for our soaring
    hopes..
    we're all
just trying to do our best
    tripping up and getting
back UP, and learning a little
    from our falls, nothing
    more to it, than that..
    if we're blessed, we'll have
a long road ahead of us
    in this 'blink-n-miss', Life..
lets just take it, one step
    and breath
    and mistake, at a time..
    thanks for sharing
