drop in the ocean

Harry

I’m running

I’m running as fast as I can

Sprinting away from a storm of inevitable ready to gobble me up

I’m tired

My legs are burning but I must keep running

I think about my family

my friends

what people would say If I just stopped running

would they be sad?

Would they cry and weep for days?

Would they just forget about me?

If I just took a breath, let my legs rest and the storm consume me

Would it make any difference?

Would it just be a drop in the ocean?

Would anyone care.

It's a constant nagging question. With 7B people on the planet at any given time, someone should care. And when we care, others become brave enough to show that they care. It can really be catching. Thanks for sharing.
