Poem - You killed my childhood - June 2022

Jade_

I was a child, with hopes,

I had dreams, no ropes,

But my life was gutted,

I was destroyed, disgusted.

You, adult, went to war,

With your crazy reasons,

Not even a small scar,

Not even a vision.

You killed my father,

You erased motherhood,

You raped my sister,

You stole my childhood.

You took me, you gave me drugs,

Should I be blamed?

Aren’t you ashamed?

Stop wars, silence the guns!
