Summer's Innocent Touch

Jerseygirl727

                              Summer’s Innocent Touch

    strolling arm and arm

Rebecca and Grace reach

Calai’s hilltop crest

  deep blue hydrangeas blankets

emerald, green Jacob’s meadow

Grace call’s out “Look, dear sister

there’s Pa Pa’s meadow

do you think he’s watching over us

can he feel and see how much we loved him

let’s make believe we’re tiny drizzle crystal rain droplets”

         falling

            falling

gentle wisp warm summer breeze

lightly touched Rebecca’s youth-like cheerful face.
