Strangers

Strangers yesterday,

to late night talks everyday

two hearts connected deep,

not knowing whats in keep.

 

Crazy together,

both cared for one another

as though made for each other 

but didnt know it wldnt last longer.

 

Slowly but suddenly,

where time seemed to fly fastly,

the bond that had once grown strong

now started to slip along.

 

Thought we were understood

but no we split to two

thought the distance pricked u too

but no, it was only my heart

that broken ,stood.

 

Now not even a hi as we cross

even after a glance as we pass

when did we become haters at war?

yeah we became strangers after all.

 

And yeah, his heart now all cold

and her feelings, all burrowed

where did the tie go?

back to strangers, like before…
