Ghost Kid

transprodigalson

I've wondered...
...wondered if you loved me;
If you truly saw me,
And not through me.

I've wondered,
What it would be like;
If I was a real ghost,
And not one figuratively.

    To be treated like a ghost while they most likely are ghosting you. What insight, we can turn others to ghosts when we ghost them. Thanks for sharing.

    A short poem that carries so much depth!

  • L. B. Mek

    works both ways
    you can ghost, those
    that don't acknowledge
    your worth, dear poet
    just
    don't turn yourself, into a ghost
    because of someone's actions
    always remember
    that you, dictate your life
    even sat, in a jail cell
    of your mind's making
    so long as you're breathing
    you have choices, and those choices
    afford you volition and direction...
    thanks for sharing
