Without

Suman_Bhattacharya

empty vessels make the noise

just because they have no choice

the filled ones stay dim

waiting for the cup to be filled up to the brim

empty vessels are who make the sound

because time moves on and no one stays around

filled vessels they stay calm

waiting until the last breeze leaves the palm

a sudden change needs a cry

soundless whispers make the struggle dry

of everything on earth fire and sound

can raise the dead from the ground

a sudden change needs no fear

just the urge to change the gear

filled pots are needed here

but they less for a change care

the change happens but sans the smile

time takes its toll walking the isle

filled vessels still keep quite

as empty ones keep shining bright
