A Maiden's Touch

Nandawula Regine Kabali-Kagwa

A Maiden's Touch
Silent promises challenged Him through Her eyes
Lace petite... Revealing a banquet of delicacies
Godly!
As she lead the procession of His curious irises

She sauntered like the feline that ran a kingdom
It being in a curvy form
With waves hovering over an arch that's yet to be...
Moulded, palmed and Moulded over again

Feminine
An adjective of power
From the command she had over Her own body
To Her breath that condensed into due on his lips

His gaze interlocked with the valley she possessed
Heart stuttering, ceasing to count the seconds
Only to gently wilt into a descending melody
At the expense of Her touch

Such soft skin
Sweetened by the luxuries of pampering
But are yet to be tender
To be sculpted
To be romanced beyond what she can give Herself

Then
The monotonous surroundings grew dim
The ceiling swirled like it indulged in too much white wine
Pheromones rippled through Her
As her cries evaporated through the air

In the Hands of masculinity
A foreign tourist seeking the depths of Her land
Uprooting gems She could never dig
Alone
