Counting my assets

Morwenna

Rising early, I see each leaf, each green blade,

Masked by the white of morning mist, rising like steam

Over the late summer vista, the goldenrod, the purple aster

And consider their benefits, this treasure, this glorious resource, this reliable asset.

Thank you! And thank you for reading it.

This reliable asset which affirms your faith and love in life itself and the beauty of the world around you.

For you could not write as you have here without it being so.

    Smile often.

  • Morwenna

Indeed. And I do - and roar with laughter at times. Like earlier today. Thank you!

Such a fine penning of assets that no money can ever buy - so pleased I caught this lovely tribute to the treasures of nature - thank you Morwenna for an inspiring last read tonight.

Yes! That is exactly what I mean. Thank you!

It's good that you've reminded me to appreciate as an asset, the things I take for granted.

      • Morwenna

Big smile here this morning. Thank you!
