Sports day

kitty the naughty poet

Little feet running through the grass

jumping as high as they can

skinny legs and smiling faces

hoping their team win out and

having fun until the end

Parents cheering from the sidelines

pulling on their jackets

to protect from the cold breeze

as the clouds move overhead

and hoping the kids don't get a cold by the end
