Typos Beware!

orchidee

Eeek! Check your poems for typos

Even if you have your spell-checker on

Apparently I called Gold - Goldfinch - God

Well, he might be, on his good days!

I know we're all made in His image

(including 'Her' aspects too)

But that's going to far

Ye mighty and all-powerful Goldfinch

Ye fount of all wisdom

Flattery will get me everywhere, I hope!

Now I know Fido will come to my help

But some typos may make us swoon

Such as..... oh, I can't repeat them!

It will bring on a swoon

With no one to save me -

Fido's popped off for his brekkie

I wish you would stop reading Kitty's poems

And similar poems, says Fido

I always have to be on guard in case you faint!

I've not got time to sit down

And read the papers even

He's a talking, reading dog, ya know

But they'll take me away soon

The men in white coats

Heehee.

The typo, a typical stitch up, stitching through the fabric of articulation.
