Your body's your life partner,
Your Temple, Mosque or Synagogue,
You're born with it, you'll die with it,
So, keep a body log !
The more you look after your body,
The better it will look after you,
So, eating right, and exercise,
Are things you should always do.
Your body is the only place,
That you'll live in all your life,
As a liability or an assett,
Don't give it too much stress or strife!
Remember, no one else can help you out,
A responsibility no one else can share,
Because it's truly your life partner,
So look after it, take great care !

Erm, I'm confused. Am I 'Me'. Myself', or 'I'? That's three persons - three bodies?! lol.
