School reunion

sadkw33n

Tell my classmates and some teachers

I'm so sorry i was never good enough

You tried so hard to pretend you were preachers

But what you really are is way too far from that

When i just needed sympathy

You were the clouds upon my sun

I won't apologise for being me

This time I am really done

You made me think i would always be forsaken

Like my sickness is my fault, as if I'd lie

But the doctors went and proved that you're mistaken

You were wrong, my healing needed more than time

The only thing you ever were;

Clueless judges and a class of fools

The more you talked the less you helped

With your cruel words and dirty looks

I wanted to be understood

I guess you weren't in that mood

Mean comment's all you ever shared

In this school you never were

School can be really tough when people don’t turn out to be the ones who you thought they were, judgmental and mean. It’s worse when the teachers start to bully you for your weaknesses too. This is a very relatable line,
The more you talked the less you helped
With your cruel words and dirty looks
And I wish you strength for your school reunion! Hope it turns out to be an okay day💖

Thank you for always being so kind and thoughtful. Actually, I'm not planning to stay for long on this reunion, i just want to show them that I'm not scared of them anymore. They are not in a position to hurt me now. I'll let them know what i think this time, and then I'll leave. This is going to be a true show!

That’s the spirit! Go and show them! Oh and remember to put on a sincere confident smile! I wish you luck from the bottom of my heart!💖

Thank you tallisman! I'm going to think that I'm taking a step forward for those of us who didn't exactly have fun at school. I'll give them hell, be sure of that! Wishing you well too! And thanks for the support 😊
