Inflamed Aberration

Inflamed Aberration

Swollen, throbbing, painful, aberration

In search of some meaningful explanation

Miles and miles of waters past

Headwaters behind the delta coming fast

Rock Gardens have left their mark

Second guesses permeate the dark

The howl of a coyote resonates with souls

Exposing the width and depth of black holes

Riding the ostentatious rapid’s flow

Keenly aware of the jagged rocks below

Battered, bruised, and bloody destination

Swollen, throbbing, painful,… aberration
