In life it seems I'm ill prepared
to have my mass and photons squared.
I've really tried, I've done my best,
and now my fat back side's at rest.

I watch light form the shadows
that help my deluded, claims
should i choose to
a few proton shaking, exercises

to my teenage self...

After a long break I've started swimming again.
