Same

The Depressed 1

I take a walk among the trees

I drop down upon my knees

I pray for a change

Everything remains the same

Different person, different name

Always the same old pain

Starts out with an ethereal Sun

Then the dark clouds come

It always starts to rain

My light has melted into dark

Overshadowed by a broken heart

Happiness I can no longer feign

The fog thick starts its roll in

I am lost in my mind again

Tethered to my fascistic brain
