time: the ultimate escape artist

H. Jordan

Perhaps society should go back to using an hourglass

If nothing else but to remind people

That time doesn’t move in an ever repeating circle

With millions of hours left

But instead it slowly slips through our fingers

Like sand

Thousands of millions of seconds

That we can try to collect

But that we will never be able to hold onto

A bit of silliness from me - Ohhh, time, no one has time to listen to me. I shall talk to myself, and get a decent answer that way! heehee.
