come and go

jark

my days come and go
a day comes and goes
comes and goes a day
where my perfect perspective
of that day lay in my brain to remember, fondly
but my perspective… a single perspective
one of billions of perspectives
comes and goes
my single point perceiving the day as it changes,
my day comes
and my single perspective sees the day
then the day goes
it’s interesting, and entirely possible
there’s been a day, where everyone
lay and wait, for the day to come
and it comes and goes
and no one notices, maybe they notice
but make no notation
a nothing day
truly
and that day would come and go
even if no one were to write or paint about it
even if they were too
it comes and goes the same
