wren

Love is my everything.

My forever unsent letter, my unwritten poem

The rain against my face, the air within my lungs

An unknown hand laying warm against my own

I’m so sure that they can see it, the longing that stains me

Hear it in my heartbeat, feel it on my fingertips

I want so badly

And perhaps that’s why I cannot find it, will not allow myself to find it

I cannot have love unless it is my everything, so I cannot have love at all

We are all lonely at some level! I think, in the end, love finds you. Love this poem, well written!
