Tune: Richmond
('City of God, how broad and far')
Ephesians 5 v.8-12
*********
At one time you were as darkness
Without the light, no less
But now you are light in the Lord
He guides you by His word
So live as children of the light
And pleasing in God's sight
For the fruit of the Spirit be
In good, right, true things, see
Prove what is acceptable to
The Lord, as servants, do
Have no fellowship with the dark
Unto their ways not hark
For they be unfruitful, and shame
Comes to them, that their blame
Doing secret evils, the light
Shall expose all to sight

Nothing like light to expose dark deeds my friend - -- being children of light is the best way to live..
Thanks Fay.
love it good read
Thanks J.
I kinda like what Fay said 🙂
The beauty of light is that is exposes all, so that we may be enlightened. A good write my friend.
Thanks Bella. Erm, now Teddy has some trouble saying some of my alliterative titles. It's her teef (teeth) playing her up, you see! Our nuttiness on here. They'll take us away soon - men in white coats. lol.
Let me know when when the bus comes, don't want to miss it!
