Osei Zion

Trekking On a Canoe

when I looked,

the sea lied flat like a carpet to walk on

then time came for us to be seated

we seated, facing the same direction

smiles on our faces evaporated out of the canoe

    OMG! it shaked steadily

as the paddles pushed, it pushed

faster than a hundred men's strength

when I looked, trees ran as we ran

at the same pace

near the shore, it lied shallow

i saw fishes of different colors

in the deep, there's no sign of them

Now this gave me the thought that it would make a great intro to a horror movie... scant scenes.

Ha! You've lived my life. It's great fun canoeing and deceptive as well!
