Stupid gay kid

H.R.Powell

I am crying so hard

My chest tightens around

Me

It’s just a show

Just a show with little actors

Who go home at the end of the day

But they’ve put on a tragedy

Real tears on the screen

A little slice from my heart spread thinly

Displaying a story told hundreds of times

Love which cannot last

Love which was never meant to thrive

But I wish it could

My head hurts so much

I am so tired of love stories which do not last

Love stories with people like me

Are never meant to last
