- Comment from author about the poem: My father mentally and physically abused me as a child. I didn't notice at the time, but when my parents split my mom wasn't there when my father was. I saw how he was.

When kids I thought hitting one's own kid is fine when I grew up little did I know it would turn into trauma and hitting is not fine at all its a physical and mental abuse and sorry but who ever faces needs to carry it all way until death
