    Don't worry cryptic we have all safely crossed this age.Now they say senescence comes only after 70 so stay young

        Doh! I saw a soap serial with mainly young people in it. One line was 'Ohhh, he (or she) is so OLD. He will be 30 soon!'

          They say you are only as young as you think you are. Although the body ages the mind still feels young. This poem is good advice for a person of any age. Although my son is 45 I take this as good advice for me as well as him
