Your mind can work in mysterious ways,
It can over think or be vacant for days,
Can replay memories you don't want to forget,
Imagine scenarios you haven't met yet.
Real life or fantasy, who is to know,
Your thoughts can be a way to show,
Who you really are and what's your intentions,
Or an imagine land with countless inventions.
Dark times are ahead and no one's around,
And all you can hear is that constant sound,
The voice in your head leading the way,
To guide you to that brighter day.
Giving you strength and courage to do,
Anything you put your mind to,
It's stronger and more powerful than you think,
Your mind can be that missing link.
