Hear Me. Hear Me, Please.

semi-deadpoet

I want you to notice me -

Notice me, damn it!

Listen to what I say!

Hear what I've said!

Just listen to me!

Just this once.

Please, listen.

Why won't you listen?

Are you ever going to hear?

I'm tired of begging,

I'm tired of crying,

I'm tired of screaming,

And I'm tired of trying.

It doesn't matter what I say,

You never hear what I plea.

Even when I cry,

And the day I should die,

It'll be with words unheard,

And my heart over-spilled.
