I touched grief today
I couldn't grasp it but I felt it deep inside of me
It was an intense feeling
Which I didn't think I could handle
It was in form of waves
The tides blew high and sometimes low
I could sense my eyes getting teary
But then I'd face the wind and my tears would dry
My heart breaks into unimaginable pieces each time it hits home that death is so final
