Mother Natures Tears

Mother natures tears fall from the sky

Replenishes land so hungry and dry

The sun shines her smiling face down

Earths creatures make a beautiful sound

So much sadness washes away

Blue skies above, such a beautiful day

Cotton why clouds float through the sky

Lying on the grass watching the day go by

Mother natures tears are no more

What does tomorrow have in store?

The sun begins to set for her sleep

Creatures of the night come out to take a peak

Begin to drink from pools of tears

Always alert, danger near

Mother natures tears begin to fall

Against the leaves of trees so tall

They satisfy thirst from the sky

Creatures of the sky also fly
