Hollow Spaces

SmugglersGirl

I feel you in the emptiness that you used to fill, I hear your laughter and the love that you used to feel.

In the hollow spaces I feel your shadow still, I feel the touch of memories, the echo of your love.

I sense the outline of your thoughts that you used to share, and long for moments long ago when you still were there.

Close enough for me to touch, but so far away.

Ever present in my life, but missing just the same, the hollow space you leave behind, echoing your name.
