The Mirror & Me

Tia Natasha

I looked deeply at my reflection and saw within me.
It's not just what's there, but it's the things I don't see.
The mirror shows me who I am, and I tell it all I can be.
Freckles, pimples, and scars, but inside lie destiny.
I confess that I am strong, courageous, and brave. I am a priceless work of art.
A warrior, a winner, I see royalty, I know I've seen this face somewhere before, she looks just like me.
No more Intimidation, no more low self-esteem, I'm saying goodbye to negativity, only joy is welcome here.
When the world sticks its claws and beats me down, the mirror is there, and it finds me.
Strength erupts from the soul and then my words become like gold.
The past is forgotten, and greatness is reflected.
I am looking forward because the world awaits me.
