Shall we sit partake some wine
Idly chat for some time
We laugh share a smile
Exchange stories of times gone by

The hours drift by so quick
Our company lights the room
Two people sitting , once again
Engaged , so much in tune

And now it’s time to go
Reluctantly we say goodbye
Hands shake , a warm embrace
We gaze into each other’s eyes
Another evening, another end
Till we meet once more
Good friends.
