Birth

Adriana

Tear by tear, turn by turn
The disowned memories turn me into
A skulless heap of bones
A heap so vast and tall
That nothing can transcend it
But now is my turn
To make it all from scratch
To burn the wounds, to tear the flesh
Tear the memories apart
Bring my scarce mind in the sun
Where it belongs
In a turning place where I can't find you
Because, in my turn
I never was meant to be torn.
