Campfire

screaming goat.

A campfire in the back

The others went in already

The sky aged black

Graham cracker stack

Girls singing in harmony

Earth howling with the wolf pack

Strings on frets and rack

Sweet notes for nothing

Stars shining above black

Nothing more than an ukulele

A song made of roses

Intertwined with nothing lack

As the sky ages to black
